Aside from emergencies, I request at least 24 hours notice for massage cancellations. If you repeatedly give less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not come to your appointments, I will no longer reserve massage appointments for you. There is a $25 charge for any massage cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. If your appointment is to redeem a Gift Certificate, it will be considered void without proper notice of cancellation.

As a massage/bodywork therapist, I am not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness and nothing said during the course of the session should be construed as such.

I strive to keep on schedule so that clients do not have to wait for their massage. Please be on time for your appointment. Your time will not be adjusted for tardiness, and full payment is expected.

Please consult your doctor if you think massage might aggrevate your current state of health.

Your privacy is respected and all of the information that you provide will be kept confidential including your file and all that occurs and is said during your sessions.
